Salary on time..It is like come to office ...sit ideally....go to lunch...do gossiping...play table tenis for long time.....no accountability of work.

Cons

Groupisim .....salary hike is less....Frenzied work atmosphere..,.High frustration caused by personal, business or technological factors.....Fragmented and poorly coordinated procedures., ..Lack of accountability and resultant finger pointing......Continuous and repeated exposure to failures
