Compensation is competitive for IT Industry Health Benefits are good 401(k) 4% Match is great for IT Industry Growth opportunities are there for those who work hard and show initiative Company has grown considerably over the years and has over 1,000 people today Employees can transfer between the US, EU, India and other locations

Cons

Vacation for new salaried employees is average, not bad but not great Hours are long by comparision to other Companies in the area People do not interact with one another enough as they work in different locations, clients, etc.
