Pros

Smart team. Entrepreneurial / independent types thrive here. Stable firm (large number of gov't contracts in place). Very fair pay. New leadership moving the firm into cutting-edge services/solutions.

Cons

Delivery primarily based overseas; some of those team members do not understand certain verticals as well as onshore / US based recruiting. Support could be better. Overall, little to knock against the firm.
