If you good at clerk type job, you are hired no matter you did B Tech or MBA they have no work for you ... management has high expectation with low patience level and zero strategies. Management has no vision they are blind and fools. nOthing is worst than getting reviewed by the duds of the world.

Good Place but Compensation & Job Tittle is not upto the mark

Pros

Flexible working hours, some manager are good. My manager is very nice.

Cons

Top management is not that good with knowledge base, some of them are holding the seat for no reasons. Compensation is not upto the employees talent, notice period is 3 months.
