Pros

Mediocrity is acceptable. Flexi hours. Ample parking at seepz. HR interviews are a breeze. You are rejected only on these grounds - Your previous employer didn't give a good review, you are mentally retarded or your salary expectation beyond their reach. None of this applies if you know someone at the Top.

Cons

The admin is managed by two incompetent person who are only good at shifting blame. HR gives a blind eye to all people employed on recommendation.
