Pros

All colleagues are the best in the business. A fast paced company with constant changes and improvment.

Cons

You need to keep working hard to stay in the team. Targets get increased on a quartely basis. The target for me increased double within six months.

fully remote no meetings interesting technologies autonomy data-driven performance assessment great salaries

Cons

this is a place where you come and perform, there is little to no space to learn; there is no coaching / guidance / culture / team spirit, this is a "swim or sink" environment; data-driven performance assessment can be very unfair at times: everyone can be laid off any time as soon as their performance falls below a certain threshold, even just for a sick leave absence;

Pros

People in Trilogy experience a fast track career growth, where big responsibilities are given very early in the career. Trilogy also provides the opportunity to work with the best minds in the industry - the stringent recruitment process ensures that only the best people are hired in the company. Compensation is also pretty good, and comparable to the best in the industry. The company has a very open culture - in-fact we have a online forum where people in the company and raise concerns and ask questions to the senior management, and the senior management promptly answers the questions/concerns.

Cons

The high amount of responsibility given at Trilogy comes with a price - long working hours. Also, rapidly changing priorities and direction make it a challenge to work here.
