Pros

Great organization focused on driving profitable share growth and hallmark customer satisfaction. Mr. Brighton is the most approachable intelligent manager I for whom I have ever worked. He jumps in hands on and supports my team during times of challenge and gets out of the way when things are going well. He is the perfect icon for leadership and my entire team respects and appreciates him.

Cons

The only con is that our company is growing quickly and its more difficult to catch up to him when needed.
