Pros

Trilogy has a clear vision, respectful leadership, and great benefits. All the pros of a small company (less red tape, actually knowing colleagues) and none of the cons (no nepotism or lack of structure here). High employee retention for a federal contractor is rare, but at Trilogy they really make an effort to retain people even as projects change.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Coming from a Big 4 accounting firm, this place treats you like a person, not an employee. That’s reflected in the company benefits, competitive salary, bonuses, work life balance, annual Holiday party, low employee turnover, ability to work remote (depending on project), and management approach. Challenging and fun work, that you actually look forward to. Company has been winning many new government contracts and is expanding projects and staff every year.

Cons

You're steering your own career path, sometimes you have to push yourself, make requests i.e. trainings that'll benefit you, which almost always get approved! :)
