Pros

I loved everything about Trilogy! Unfortunately my time had to come to an end but my experience was better than I've had at any other company. The Executive Leadership Team is approachable and fun while remaining professional and respectful. My team was collaborative and close-knit and we never failed to make each other laugh. The pay was equitable with the market and the benefits were great, as well.

Cons

No cons - I would have stayed forever if I could have!

Pros

- High company loyalty among staff - Several events for local DMV employees to attend and get to know people

Cons

- Low pay package, even for consulting - No accrued PTO payout unless employee lives in a state that requires it and they actively encourage not moving to those states - Has no idea how to be a remote company and doesn’t seem to care for their remote employees outside DMV area. If there’s a company event, company won’t reimburse travel expenses for participation and honestly don’t even care if remote employees participate. - Desperately wants to be an IT/highly technical firm but they have no idea how to hire properly to make it happen, often misuses technical terms both accidentally and on purpose to make themselves seem more adept for government RFPs than they are. - Like most consulting firms, has no backbone when it comes to any sort of government/client arguments and will throw employees under the bus to save face. - Mass layoff in March 2025 with large leadership team seemingly completely unaffected
