      Pros

      For those looking for opportunities within the company, managers and directors are very good at investing in you and making you feel like a valued member of a team. Movement between different, interesting projects allows for continued learning and skill growing - especially for those just starting out in their careers. And in my experience, the people have just been wonderful - kind, funny, and welcoming.

      Cons

      Mental health benefits, within the overall health benefits are not always super clear. Sometimes getting involved in corporate initiatives can be difficult if you're a new person potentially - with this it helps to know people and ask what they are working on to hear about opportunities, which may feel daunting for a new hire.
