Some training was received. Given only when asked. Decent pay and plenty of overtime.

Pros

CTO is extremely flexible and cool to work with. No micro managed. I have lots of freedom to leverage my intelligence and experience and lots of responsibilities. Nice people, warm team, nice snacks, great benefit, pay reasonable, flexible hour. Hard work pay off.

Cons

Looking forward to see more advanced degree (MS, phd) hires.
