Pros

There are a lot of nice, helpful people.

Cons

Politics are talked about freely and displayed on tv in break room. Makes an uncomfortable environment. Wasn’t given a lot of direction or training. Sometimes told to make stuff up. Some wear their emotions on their sleeve when upset and it is also uncomfortable.

Pros

Employee friendly company, Salary is competitive with the location of the job. Trimark is a growing company and will only get bigger.

Cons

Contract based job. Benefits could be better, but believe Obamacare is the reason for this issue.

Pros

Being part of a company that is growing very quickly both in its native market as well as new ones is very exciting. There are always opportunities to learn and grow, and the projects we work on give one a feeling of making a real positive contribution.

Cons

The pace of work and growth can be a bit overwhelming, sometimes pushing the limits of the company and its employees. These are good problems to have.
