- Bad Management: Managers need more training to help and support the growth of employees - Dead-end career path: It is very rare to see growth in certain departments due to budget constraints and keeping certain departments lean. - CEO/Founder approves everything: nothing can get done or changed without the CEO approving it, which can cause problems since he finds certain issues too small for his time, so nothing gets changed - Nonexistent HR: HR is one person: the last few HR managers/Directors left abruptly - No communication until it's too late
