There's a lot of opportunity and the company continues to grow at an incredible rate. The people who work here are truly dedicated to creating something special, it's a pleasure to be a part of.

Cons

Can be difficult to navigate at times. Lots of balls in the air, seems to be a lot of duplication of efforts and not as much collaboration as one would hope. The salary structure needs to be reviewed, it's not as competitive as it could be given the high caliber of candidates the company should be focusing on.
