terrible management, terrible leadership, too much politics, too much red tape to get anything done, designers are living in la la land and not reality. no options to move up, never going to give you a raise.

Great people, great managers, good opportunity for advancement. They hire from within a lot. The people make it all worth it.

Cons

Base and incentive pay is below market and 2025 comp plan was screwed up beyond measure. But in the past they have done a good job of course correcting in the following year.
