1. Good work-life balance (but depends on your manager) 2. The Company respects employee boundaries 3. There are multiple opportunities to explore and improve the technical skills 4. Many fun-filled events throughout the year, including sports tournaments, art clubs, etc. 5. Employee feedback are much respected and valued. We can actually see the changes happening after the feedback.

Cons

This is purely dependent on the team we work with. I have worked in different teams and projects. After one such internal shift, suffered a little due to the team's management decisions.
