Pros

The Human Resources Management for India is isolated from Global Management and hence can do anything they want. They specially have a firing squad who are nothing less than goons. I was threatened with actions when I asked for a policy doubt.

Cons

Trimble is involved in a hostile acquisition where it acquired a company and let go of a significant number of people. Although it has decent brand value, the Indian management is aggressive and has been involved in a series of layoffs and silent layoff schemes. I was targeted by and was forced to resign.
