Playfull working environment, a lot of young people, a lot of departments. If you are ambitious you can learn a lot opportunity. A lot of great collegues

Cons

Hard work is not appreciated every time, you must be very loud in order to be seen. No much care and empathy shown by the middle management. If you want to change the project or the stack you could wait until retirement for that on some teams.
