Pros

Good focus in growing, good colleagues

Cons

Not much to speak of, some corporate politics, but not as bad as I’ve seen elsewhere.

Great work, poor employer.

Pros

The work is fun, and I enjoy what I do.

Cons

Healthcare plan is literally the worst allowable by US law. Merit raises are lower than inflation. For a software engineer, this is insane. Recently gutted most bonuses. PTO was removed and replaced with a supposedly "better" plan where I get a hypothetical unlimited days off - but my boss has to approve any time I take off. Instead of choosing when I can take a break, now my boss chooses for me.
