Company has a lot of good products. Good work life balance Good salary and flexibility Easy to approach management Good learning curve No on site opportunities

Cons

I have worked with Trimble for one year. And I see no con of working here. Only one thing that I didn't like is that company has recently announced the deductions in the salary and no hikes also due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The higher management should know this would only hamper the employees morale. This step has led me to give a less rating otherwise I would have given a higher rating.

I have been working here for more than a year and have 10+ years exp in other big organizations. What I liked in Trimble is the ease of working with colleagues in all levels India and outside, Talented yet humble people, flexible environment to help balance work and family well and job satisfaction that your contribution to the product is solving real time problems of the world

Cons

I have not personally experienced anything bad. If you are a good performer, your growth in salary and career is rest assured
