      Good people, less than stellar follow through

      Pros

      Just about everyone has good intentions. The company is willing to invest in you. There are many projects to work on and increase technical knowledge.

      Cons

      Follow through and organization between departments is lacking. Upper management spends frivolously on projects that are not bought into by the operator while equipment degrades and does not receive proper investment.
