      Good place to have a career

      Pros

      Long-tenured senior leadership group that cares about the company and the employees. One of the few places remaining hat offer quasi lifetime employment. Opportunities galore for those willing to seek them and go for it.

      Cons

      Not always open to new ideas or new thinking. Bad news rarely gets communicated up - people focus on messaging more than to pass along critical pieces of information.

      walking work surfaces in disrepair, fire salary positions rather than work out better practices, extremely dirty
