      Dedicated to quality. Lots of support from Corporate. A good work environment to work in. Overall good experience working for them

      Sometimes too much pressure put on plants and corporate could support more.

      Team atmosphere! Great place to work for depending on the department you work for.

      Cons

      They do not promote or develop talent within. Prefer millenials and foster monthly developmental lunches for them. Out with the old and in with the new.
