Trinity is a stable company for the most part

People stay for a long time, security in certain divisions because the industry is very old and established. Ability to transfer from one subsidiary to another.

Cons

Need to focus more on compliance with workplace laws at the plant level. Still old school and could set them up for lawsuits re: discrimination and intimidation.

Really good benefits. The best benefits I have seen in a while.

Cons

It's feast or famine. THey don't stretch work out to an even pace. It's work like crazy, tons of OT, then do good to get 40.
