      Pros

      Great support out of Dallas Corporate. Professional and knowledgable group in Memphis. Excellent teamwork environment.

      Cons

      The down market is presenting some challenges for this division of Trinity Industries but I can't say that there are any cons with this organization.

      hard working associates with a new facility

      Cons

      Dissension at the highest levels of the company trickle down and cause chaos at the site. Leaders cannot agree on the direction of the company.

      not many it was not a place for advancement the supervisor was prejudice a one way person who made sure his middle east cpmrades moved up fast and I mean like overnight
