Pros

The people within the company are by and large friendly. Teams take on a familial feel, and most everyone is willing to help. Upper management is friendly, and seem willing to have true conversations with those under them.

Cons

The environment can get quite stressful, at times, and there can grow an aire of secrecy that makes it difficult to focus on work due to wondering what's going on.

I have loved working with this company. The people are wonderful, the product line is one you can be proud of, and the overall environment has been fun and productive in the past.

Cons

The current management is creating a toxic environment for employees. Morale is plummeting and nobody seems happy anymore. They also keep making changes to improve what they are destroying creating a lack of job security and confidence.
