Pros

Pays well Benefits are good There are good people who work there but none are in management position.

Cons

Marketing management does not know what they are doing. People are often asked to do the work of multiple jobs because management wants to spend money traveling to trade shows rather then hiring additional employees for the positions needed. You will be expected to work constantly and guilt tripped if you try to take a vacation to decompress. Burn out is a major problem at this company and the high turn over rate reflects that. Communication is poor and leads to projects taking much longer and additional work to complete if it ever gets completed at all. There's is no project management going on and often waste time in meeting that are verbatim from the last meeting. Management is only concern about climbing the corporate ladder then listening to and taking care of their employees. Management is in capable of communicating well with internal employees and agencies causing many projects to violate the brand standards. You will be over worked and under appreciated. Your expertise will be ignored for managements own personal agendas. Management creates the problems that they complain about. Good work is if en surpassed for sub par work due to management egos. They will not provide the proper equipment to do the job.

Started great, but went downhill fast

Pros

There's better pay than average factory jobs.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. There is nothing but favoritism and backstabbing in the workplace. Constantly keep the employees in the dark on anything going on (i.e. multiple people have been sent home to be tested for covid and nothing has been mentioned to their coworkers that could have been exposed) They say there is a "no retaliation" policy if something is brought up, but that is false. If you make certain members (note, this is not everyone) of upper management angry you can bet that you will either have a target on your back for any little thing to get written up or they will make your job so miserable that you will quit because "then you're not a problem." Lied to employees about layoffs happening. Stated that there weren't going to be any but less than two months later and a LARGE part of the employees have been laid off.

Pros

Plenty of overtime if you want it

Cons

Management not qualified, lack of respect for employees by supervision, promotions based on buddy system. Some upper management needs to retire for company to advance and shed old broken ways of doing things.
