      Pros

      I continue to see improvements in the work experience and environment. Management asks and listens to suggestions. Safety of employees is stressed and safety training and supplies are provided by the company including boots whenever needed and prescription eyeglasses every year. Advancement is achievable through hard work and filling open positions is often done from current staff before new hires are brought in on an entry level.

      Cons

      It takes a while to earn significant vacation time. Some positions seem to need a re-evaluation of pay grade, but that is a plan that may be in progress now. However, pay rate may be open to negotiation if it is properly addressed with management.

      Pros

      Organized Company with proven track record of great industrial products and great employee relations. Great pay and benefits! Good people work here. Communication is a key to their success. I have been a part of Trinity for over 15 years and have had a great experience the entire way. Safety is also extremely important to the organization. Also, the Company is not afraid to put time, effort and $$ in to training good employee to make them great! Lots of advancement opportunity!

      Pros

      Trinity takes great care of their employees. They take the time to train you and give you the tools you need to be successful. Everyone from the top to the bottom is very hands on and supportive.

      Cons

        It is a growing company so there are changes daily. You must be a flexible and adapt easily to change to be a good fit.
