      Pros

      Steady work and holidays off. Fair wages with excellent chances of wage increase and advancement.

      Cons

      The break rooms were often dirty and out of water.

      Pros

      Pell city plant sucks, overworked and underpaid. Benefits are non existing. Did I mention LEAN? Get a dry erase board! Lol

      Cons

      The job! Get prepared to get stabbed in the back. Management is to aggressive, can't keep good employees. High turnover rate....
