      Pros

      Adequate training, if the employee was willing to work on their own time to improve their flexibility of skills, Trinity fully supported their efforts.

      Cons

      Although quite some time since I was employed with Trinity, I found it challenging to introduce new ideas.

      Pros

      Room for advancement if you like to "play the game"

      Cons

      VP's will lie to try to get what they want. Everyone seems out to only cover their own tails and advance no matter who they step on. Traditional company with lots of "untouchables". Meetings about having other meetings. Managers with no management experience.
