      Great benefits, Close to home. Flexible schedule. Enjoy working where I feel like I am making a difference.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for careeer growth. Occasionally difficult physical working conditions. Slowly working towards positive team based organizational culture, but at this time, supervisors do not get much support.

      A place where those with history don't have time or room for newcomers even though they hired them. Struggling a bit with rapid growth.
