Plenty of hours and half decent pay. Lots of overtime if you want. A lot of places to learn and skills to acquire.

Cons

Lots of turnover with managers and employees. Never sure on what time you will leave at or if you will work the weekend.

Trinity takes great care of their employees. They take the time to train you and give you the tools you need to be successful. Everyone from the top to the bottom is very hands on and supportive.

Cons

It is a growing company so there are changes daily. You must be a flexible and adapt easily to change to be a good fit.
