Trinity is an absolutely delightful company to work for. The people are very well suited for the work they do. They hire well. And the corporate culture is great - friendly, fun, smart people. The industry of railroad manufacturing is ever evolving and very interesting and exciting to be a part of.

Cons

The technology could definitely use improvement. We’ve adopted AI but other technologies are lagging

Benefits are ok PTO is good Immediate co-workers are good people nice office/location

Cons

Out of Touch with reality, CEO decided to take away WFH around the same time they laid off 5% of the workforce while boasting about record profits Unless you kiss rear end then forget about moving up in here, they talk about promoting within and rewarding hard work but those are not in alignment with reality
