      Not a bad employer but not a great one either.

      Pros

      Beautiful suite, many employee engaging events. Fair pay and fair PTO. Allows for occasional remote work.

      Cons

      Mediocre health benefits. Super high deductible. Deductible must be met before the co-pay kicks in regardless what plan you choose. CEO is a micro manager and very unforgiving and not tough to work for.

      Pros

      It can pay the bills. New Plant manager is promising.

      Cons

      Schedule is never consistent. Daily hours are not consistent. Upper management keeps everyone scratching their head. They drag their feet with pay raise. Can't decide if we need to extra days before the day before. Hard to plan life.
