Great place for people who like to actually do work!

Pros

Competitive pay, decent hours, plenty of time off, Optional overtime every week. Open door policy with admin. Paid weekly.

Cons

Can be demanding in summer. Lots of PPE due to industrial work performed there, can get hot in summertime.

Not a bad employer but not a great one either.

Pros

Beautiful suite, many employee engaging events. Fair pay and fair PTO. Allows for occasional remote work.

Cons

Mediocre health benefits. Super high deductible. Deductible must be met before the co-pay kicks in regardless what plan you choose. CEO is a micro manager and very unforgiving and not tough to work for.
