Pros

People and environment was amazing. Constant change and implemetions of new quality and production standards. Quality of machines recently upgraded and completely overhauled.

Cons

Weather conditions, climate was not controlled, workload was heavy and continuous and the abruptly stopped. Communication from interior management to production employees was vague.

They had decent health benefits

Cons

They don't care about their floor workers and everybody get's treated like they are inconsequential. They shut down our factory and we basically got a so long see you later. It was worthless.

Pros

The diversified portfolio of products shows the longevity of this company. People are very friendly and has the old school professional business environment where everyone says hello to each other in the hall. You can tell employees genuinely like working with together – there are celebrations for birthdays, births, and pictures of "inside jokes" on cubes and offices. The Dallas headquarter location is great too - just north of downtown with easy access to uptown, downtown, and a short ride to Addison.

Cons

The pace internally can feel a little slow at times, but it's because there is such a focus on quality and setting up measurements for success. That's really not a con but can feel a little frustrating at times if you are use to a different pace.
