Good pay, good employees. Benefits. Very diverse.

Cons

Refuse to grant any vacation time. Ask you to work every holiday and weekend. Don't care if it's 120° out, better not get caught taking a break.

Decent company culture, good HQ location, try to be employee "friendly". Pay is decent.

Cons

ELT changes directions all the time and backtracking on strategy changes. Still has a lot of the good ole boy network vibes, difficult to move up in the company unless you're willing to throw people under the bus and play favorites.
