Pros

Great and smart team members (depending on Pod)

Cons

Company burns talent and drives people into burnout Lot of pressure after recent acquisitions Expectations are set at MBB level but neither reputation nor compensation are comparable Company has changed in a negative way, especially over the past two years - from a place with a great and open culture where people were seen as individuals to a toxic place where employees are just numbers and too afraid to speak up about the ongoing issues The recent acquisitions worsened the overall work environment WLB strongly depends on the business unit you work for, no rewards for the unit that works the most hours Development goals to achieve a promotion cannot be reached because people are so overworked they can’t focus on them

Pros

There is no pros as such.

Cons

The work culture is extremely toxic, making it very difficult for employees to sustain themselves in the organization. There is virtually no work–life balance. Employees are expected to work on most weekends, and leadership often treats weekends like regular working days. Working hours are excessively long, with 12-hour workdays considered normal. Employees frequently experience humiliation and receive little to no respect in the workplace. Leadership tends to treat employees unfairly, creating a highly stressful and discouraging environment. Within just one or two months, many employees may feel that being unemployed would be better than continuing to work here. It is strongly advisable to reconsider before choosing to work at this organization.
