Pros

I do not see any pros here.

Cons

1.) Work culture is too toxic that it becomes difficult to survive. 2.)Zero work life balance. All the weekends you need to work on and leader consider weekend as weekday and ask you to work. 3.)Working hours is very high (12 hrs is considered normal here) 4.) A lot of humiliation and zero respect for employee. 5.) Leader treat you like a slave and make situation worse than you can think of. 6.) Just in one to two months, You will feel, better to be jobless than working here. 7.) REFRAIN FROM WORKING HERE

Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, We are disappointed to hear that you've had this experience. Consulting can be busy, but our HR team and your managers are available and trained to help manage workload - and above all respect is a non-negotiable in all work we do. Please reach out to your local HR team to discuss any specifics, and I am sure we can help.

Pros

Interesting projects and clients within an exciting industry Smart people Compensation is ok

Cons

The company forgot about the meaning of WLB, life doesn’t happen at work Does not care about employees Junior folks are stretched thin and staffed on so many projects that they’re close to burn outs, however, refers to only some business units (e.g., associated with recent acquisitions)
