      The people, the work we do, the culture, compensation and bonus structure, flexibility in terms of work place (i.e. remote)

      Work life balance is poor, particularly as we onboard more people; upper-level management disconnect from staff; clients (but that is consulting); scope creep; unrealistic expectations
