Industry impact, awesome clients. Friendly welcome colleagues at junior levels.

Cons

Wave of high-impact resignations this spring directly attributed to immense workloads and poor management. Leadership brushes off rather the address concerns causing people to leave. New hires not replacing lost folks, leading to intense stress at the lower levels. Review below that says Trinity flies to close to the sun, is spot on.

Our people and our entrepreneurial culture. Trinity hires smart, talented problem solvers that are committed to both Trinity’s and our client’s success. Trinity looks to all levels of the organization to contribute their ideas on new capabilities, methods and to share knowledge to learn from one another. I learn something new every day. By taking initiative, I’ve had the opportunity to advance my career and learn from others along the way. Recent reorg for our client services organization (strategy and insights & analytics) has made a tremendous impact on how we operate and provide value to our clients.

Cons

Sometimes the work requires long hours but that’s client services. The positive side of the long hours are the strong collegial atmosphere and support system across all levels of the organization and operations teams.
