Pros

Great junior team and smart people.

Cons

No commitment to innovation. Initiatives are abandoned. White papers are all researched and created by junior staff with Partners names attached and no credit given to junior staff. Leadership team requests no negative feedback on social media to keep our ratings high so we can compete with Putnam and Parthenon. Partners speak negatively about staff and Partner's poor choices at company events are tolerated.

Pros

The culture, friendly and bright people (including leadership), and the prestige of working for one of the most successful consulting firms. Year over year, Trinity keeps adding more satisfied clients! Generous leadership (especially with bonuses). Most of all, working for a leadership team who are good people with high integrity.

Cons

Staffing can be weird at times. If there is a busy season, everyone is too busy for innovation or process and procedures. If there is a slow season, everyone wants to innovate but the projects fall apart once they get busy again... This is typical in consulting.

Pros

- Great work culture - Smart and dynamic people across all levels, from top undergraduate and graduate programs - Fun social events and team building activities throughout the year - Leadership invests in its people through informal mentorship and a multitude of formal traning programs - Multi project staffing model allows for exposure to a variety of interesting and challenging work - Highly competetive compensation and bonus structure - Transparency from the leadership on company performance and strategic planning

Cons

- The hours can sometimes be a lot, but nothing more than any other consulting firm. - The office is in Waltham, but there is shuttle service for employees living in the city
