      Staying ahead of the competition

      Pros

      In spite of some of the headwinds facing life sciences and consulting, Trinity is staying one step ahead. They are ahead of the pack on AI and analytics and have developed technology that our clients can actually use. Further the new leadership has brought good new energy and action to keep this a good place to work.

      As everywhere, under pressure to continue to grow despite market conditions.
