      Lots of exposure to interesting projects and clients, staff given high degree of responsibility. Also great infrastructure and support for consultants

      Cons

      Frequently at or over capacity, especially during busy season, but that is the expectation for this line of work

      Work life balance is not ideal but pretty typical for a consulting firm, definitely not worse than any others
