All the weekends you need to work on and leader consider weekend as weekday and ask you to work. 3.)Working hours is very high (12 hrs is considered normal here) 4.) Here leadership considers weekend as week days and ask you work all day. Average working hours is 12 hrs that is considered normal. Manager and leader will treat you like a slave, humiliate like anything. No respect for employees. I will just say in one line Refrain from joining this company.
