Pros

some good staff and clients. otherwise to quote the fake review below, 'none that i can find'

Cons

opposite of transparent; uncaring leadership; 16 hr workdays throughout q4; every pod lives by different rules; performance reviews completely unstandardized so mgrs can make up lies; stifling culture if you are in the main office. was a good firm and now is a cesspool

Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's clear that you've had a challenging experience - I wish that wasn't the case. We're committed to improving transparency, leadership, and work conditions, especially during high-demand periods like Q4. Your insights about performance reviews and the varying rules across pods are valuable. Standardizing these processes to ensure fairness and consistency is important to us. We appreciate your honesty - if you have more details to share, please reach out to your HRBP or use NAVEX. Your input helps us grow and get better.

Pros

While, Trinity may be a good place to start as a young consultant to learn the ropes, it becomes increasingly difficult to manage the workload and avoid burn out

Cons

Majority of projects are severely understaffed No work life balance (working from 8 am to 10 pm, with a quick dinner break is the norm) Typically staffed on multiple projects and stretched super thin and when the quality of work suffers, you are to blame This job has brought me to tears more times than I can count and the level of stress I experience while working here is not normal. Avoid working here if possible.

Pros

Clients and projects at Trinity are extremely interesting. There has been a lot of growth within the company to develop and execute innovative methods and studies for clients. The training offered at Trinity is quite excellent. A lot of career opportunities to grow within market research, consulting and strategy.

Cons

In a post-COVID world, work-life balance has been tricky. But even before COVID, hours have been long, and the expectation has been to work long weeks as well as on weekends. It can be a little clique-y at times, and recognition seems to be almost like a popularity contest. While the company is striving to develop SOPs, there still seems be a lack of consistent enforcement, leading to different expectations from project managers and leadership as well as poorly defined roles at the junior staff level.
