Pros

None of note - I did not enjoy my time at Trinity

Cons

It is a competitive firm, but not in a useful way, in a way that causes other employees to sabotage others

We are disappointed to hear that you had this experience, as this competitive culture that you mention is at odds with all that we stand for here at Trinity. We take your feedback seriously, and encourage you to reach out to a People Operations contact that you had while on the team to share more so that we can better understand. We wish you the best in your next career endeavor.

Uninspiring Management and Repetitive Work

Pros

The company outings helped us develop close relationships with our peers.

Cons

No career development training is provided. Frequently worked strings of long weeks with little appreciation expressed by managers. Promotions tend to be based on favoritism rather than merit resulting in "managers" who don't know how to manage. As another reviewer mentioned, there was pressure to paint Trinity in a good light in Vault surveys. Company image > people. Elitist culture. Constantly heard Harvard this or Princeton that. Please remember that not everyone at the company attended Harvard or Princeton.

Hold Partners Accountable for Behavior

Pros

Great junior team and smart people.

Cons

No commitment to innovation. Initiatives are abandoned. White papers are all researched and created by junior staff with Partners names attached and no credit given to junior staff. Leadership team requests no negative feedback on social media to keep our ratings high so we can compete with Putnam and Parthenon. Partners speak negatively about staff and Partner's poor choices at company events are tolerated.
