Cons

Impossible goals. No bonus' after they took over for Burris. Severe favoritism in office.

A Family Atmosphere (Even Remotely)

Pros

So much support from anyone you talk to whether it's recruitment, your team leads or even the CEO. They genuinely want to know you and help you with whatever you need. They really put stock in improving work culture.

Cons

There is a pretty solid tech core, but there has been a fair amount of turnover recently.

Pros

Burris is about the only thing that will keep them alive that and their agents. I'd be willing to be their agents make up more than 85% of their revenue.

Cons

I'm not sure what their leadership actually does...
