Pros

I recently started working for Trinity and have been very impressed. I have been in the industry for a few years now and have already seen a lot of benefits to working here. Besides the commission structure being better than most offers I received the culture is very authentic. The people are real and the management really does care. I have never received a personal hand written letter, not email, from the president of a 500 million dollar company. Also the dress code is, in my opinion, very fitting for our industry allowing you to be comfortable the majority of time yet keeping things professional.

Cons

The facility is an older building and could use a face lift in some areas but I really don't mind and didn't have anything else to say here.

Pros

Most non-management team members are congenial, hard working team players. When done correctly, the work is exciting and always challenging.

Cons

Way too much kool-aid drinking with predictable sshunning if you refuse to imbibe. Trinity’s focus on culture is a smokescreen to draw attention away from underwhelming compensation. My new employer is paying me the same salary I️t took 6 years to achieve at Trinity! And I was considered a “Subject Matter Expert”.

Top pay and yearly raises big bonuses consistent year round work respect from the top to the bottom new equipment too much to list this is the best place I've found

None this place takes care of its people
