Pros

There was an overabundance of work. The opportunity for commissions was high.the apartments we renovated and spacious, making them easy to lease.

Cons

There was an overabundance of work, with little support. The company kept raising the requirements for commissions, making it harder and harder. I was left to do management job responsibilities with no compensation, support our training, under the promise that I was going to be promoted. Once I put in notice, I was then stripped of my commissions, with management stating I didn't complete my work.

Thank you for your feedback. It seems that there may have been some miscommunication in regards to commissions and employee benefits. We strive to provide exciting opportunities for all employees and through our Trinity University, Personal Development Program, and scholarship opportunities, invest in each and every associate. We wish you the best of luck in your career.

Pros

The money is good, bonuses, and hourly are decent. 20% off housing, if you aren't worried about getting fired and booted out. 100% insurance coverage for you only. That's all I can think of.

Cons

Too much turnover, employees are treated HORRIBLE. CANT GET SICK OR HAVE EMERGENCIES OR YOU WILL BE FIRED. Residents are treated poorly also.

Pros

Besides the cute uniforms, there are NO pros or benefits that I can think of.

Cons

Upper management is TERRIBLE. The property manager used to take everything out on us, NEVER answered any phone calls or emails, and left us on our own to handle resident issues. All she did all day was talk trash about everyone in the office and surf the web. Once I addressed my concerns with the regional manager, she pretended like she was listening, but never addressed it with the property manager. There was NO training as well. There was also a marketing director that we had come from corporate, and he used to spread nasty untrue rumors about me as well as the other members of the team. I have never worked in a office with such petty people, and not a single member out of our large team enjoyed their time with Trinity.
